We understand that many people prefer to stay in their own home whilst receiving care. Therefore, we work hard to help you remain in your own familiar space while making sure your environment is safe and comfortable.

 

 

 

Our qualified team supports people who need assistance with washing, hygiene, dressing and toilet use, as well as advice, encouragement and emotional support.  

 

Medication  

 

We offer assistance with prescribed medication, ensuring that everyone in our care takes the right medication at the right time. We keep a record to make sure this is well monitored. Or, we are happy simply to remind you to take your medicine if that is what you prefer.

 

 Shopping and preparing meals 

 

We are committed to helping you eat regular, balanced, healthy meals. If required, we can shop, or help you to order the right food for your needs. We try to make sure you have the right food, at the right time, and that your food, drink and domestic supplies never run dry.

 

Domestic task   

 

We can assist with laundry and domestic tasks. Our aim to do our best to make sure you live in a safe and clean environment. Laundry, washing and ironing can be included in your plan. 

 

Companionship 

  

We aim to alleviate loneliness or boredom. Our carers will be happy to sit and chat, watch TV, read to you or perhaps get involved in your hobbies. If you wish, we can take you outdoors for fresh air and community, such as visiting church, museums, going to the local park or to the seafront, or accompanying you when shopping.

 

 Live-in care 

  

Our qualified care assistants can give 24-hour individual care to help people in need to live full and joyful lives in the comfort of their own homes.

 

Dementia care 

  

All of our care assistants are qualified and properly trained in dementia care. They understand the need for empathy and kindness and that dementia sufferers are more vulnerable. Families can rest assured that your loved ones will receive tailored care.
