WE  CARE

Live life more independently with our caring support and expertise

High quality care in your home, tailored to your individual needs

Rapid Sussex Care is a family-run and owned home care agency. We specialise in bespoke personal support and home help for people from all walks of life.

We are fully regulated and compliant with the Care Quality Commission. Our people are hand-picked professionals - experienced, qualified, personable, dedicated and fully trained.

At Rapid Sussex Care we are person-centred. We feel this is the most respectful and personal approach.

It means we focus on the individual, rather his or her illness or capabilities. It means you choose the care plan that suits you best. It means we take into account your unique qualities, abilities, interests, preferences and needs. Throughout our support, we have an overarching mission to treat everyone with dignity and respect.

The choice and timing of Our Services is entirely up to you and your medical practitioners.

 What is the person-centred care?

A good care agency will follow the principles of person-centred care. This approach aims to see the person requiring care as an individual, rather than focusing on their illness or on abilities they may have lost. Instead of treating the person as a collection of symptoms or behaviours, person-centred care considers the whole person, taking into account each individual's unique qualities, abilities, interests, preferences and needs. Person-centred care also means treating people with dignity and respect

About me

THE RIGHT CARE AT THE RIGHT TIME
Welcome, my name is Orsi
I am the manager/co-owner of Rapid Sussex Care, with a mission to provide outstanding, bespoke care to anyone requiring support across the full breadth of homecare needs.
Of course, we are a business. But our primary passion is for help people from all walks of life, whatever their personal, physical or mental health needs.
Almost my entire 10 years career has been in UK care provision and I believe that, together with my co-workers, I offer excellent, flexible and affordable care that enables you to become more independent, comfortable, nutritiously fed, appropriately medicated, safe and understood.
I am a registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All of our staff are not only good at what they do, they share our VISION AND VALUES - to provide every single client with "person-centred" care, dignity and respect.
That means we focus on each and every service user as an individual. When you come to us, we talk through the difficulties you or your loved ones are experiencing. Then we assess exactly what you want from us - and when - and build a tailored care plan to reflect those individual needs.
We encourage you to develop your interests, hobbies and abilities within your own home and environment - safe, confident and happy to rely on highly skilled companions who, like me, put the notion of "care" at the heart of their work ethic.
That has defined my working life so far. I hold recognised qualifications spanning health and social care leadership and healthcare management. Following CQC guidelines, I strive to maximise my knowledge and understanding of the institute's policies and procedures and make sure our staff members are carefully recruited and fully trained.
My experience includes a long relationship with West Sussex County Council, for which I worked for .
We have a proven track record of timely help for users with dementia, disability, vulnerable old age, autism, learning difficulties, mental health issues and challenging behaviour. We also offer sensitive and appropriate end of life care.
I have a strong team, the individual initiative and great relationships with other NHS professionals to offer you the right care at the right time. So please, if you have a need, pick up the phone and talk to me 07947412785 . I look forward to your call.
